Claims (14)
1. Røgfri tobak- eller ikke-tobak-snussammensætning til oral anvendelse omfattende mindst 20 vægtprocent vand baseret på den samlede vægt af den endelige sammensætning, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mindst 1 vægtprocent mælkesyre eller et salt deraf baseret på tørvægten af den endelige sammensætning.
2. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mindst 30 vægtprocent vand baseret på den samlede vægt af den endelige sammensætning.
3. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mindre end 4 vægtprocent NaCI baseret på tørvægten af den endelige sammensætning.
4. Sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mindre end 1 vægtprocent NaCI baseret på tørvægten af den endelige sammensætning.
5. Sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mindst 6 vægtprocent mælkesyre eller et salt deraf baseret på tørvægten af den endelige sammensætning.
6. Sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mindst 10 vægtprocent mælkesyre eller et salt deraf baseret på tørvægten af den endelige sammensætning.
7. Sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor mælkesyren eller et salt deraf er natriumlaktat.
8. Sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor sammensætningen har en pH på mindst 7,5 og mindre end 9,8.
9. Sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor sammensætningen er en røgfri tobakssammensætning til oral anvendelse.
10. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 9, hvor sammensætningen er snus.
11. Sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor sammensætningen ikke omfatter nogen konserveringsmidler valgt fra gruppen bestående af sorbater, propionater, og benzoesyre eller salte deraf.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en røgfri tobak- eller ikke-tobak-snussammensætning til oral anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: a) at tilvejebringe et tobaks- eller ikke-tobak-plantemateriale; b) at behandle materialet tilvejebragt i trin a) og eventuelt andre ingredienser; og c) eventuelt at pakke den røgfrie tobaks- eller ikke-tobak-snussammensætning, enten i punge, eller som foreliggende, i dåser eller æsker; hvor mælkesyre eller et salt deraf tilsættes ved et eller flere af de følgende trin: i) før trin b), ii) under trin b), og/eller iii) efter trin b).
13. Anvendelse afen røgfri tobak- eller ikke-tobak-snussammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11 til fremstilling af portionspakninger omfattende sammensætningen.
14. Pung indeholdende en røgfri tobak- eller ikke-tobak-snussammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11.
