Abstract
A bath scrubber mainly includes a bag body formed of brush cloth, a plurality of massage balls containing in the bag body and restricting means providing between any four adjacent massage balls. When the bath scrubber is moved on a user's skin, the massage balls are rolled to achieve cleaning and provide good massage effect.
Description
Bath Scrubber BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a design of a bath scrubber, and more particularly to a bath scrubber which can be used to clean a user's skin suitably and also provide good massage effect.
There are many kinds of bath scrubbers available in the market, such as soft hairbrush, bath loofah, ball sponge, etc. Although there are many kinds of pattern and their designs are novel, users do not have much favor to the bath scrubbers. The bath scrubbers have following disadvantages:
l.Such bath scrubber is used to scrub user's body for the purpose of cleaning, such bath scrubber might cause uncomfortableness to the user and fail to clean with pleasure and take some hasty action.
The present invention relates to a design of a bath scrubber, and more particularly to a bath scrubber which can be used to clean a user's skin suitably and also provide good massage effect.
There are many kinds of bath scrubbers available in the market, such as soft hairbrush, bath loofah, ball sponge, etc. Although there are many kinds of pattern and their designs are novel, users do not have much favor to the bath scrubbers. The bath scrubbers have following disadvantages:
l.Such bath scrubber is used to scrub user's body for the purpose of cleaning, such bath scrubber might cause uncomfortableness to the user and fail to clean with pleasure and take some hasty action.
2.The bath scrubbers are limited to their standards and are not fitted for the poses and the manners of different users. The cleaning effect of the 'bath scrubbers can not deeply reach into the pores and therefore the effect of cleaning is not complete.
3.The bath scrubbers can not clean a user's skin completely and also fail to provide an additional effect with body massage.
It is therefore tried by the inventor to develop an improved bath scrubber to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks existing in the conventional bath scrubber and to provide better cleaning and massage effects.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
A primary object of the present invention is to provide a bath scrubber mainly having a bag body, a plurality of massage balls and restricting means, wherein the bag body is a closed body which is formed of a brush cloth and has an accommodated space in the internal part; a plurality of massage balls are contained in the accommodated space of the bag body; the restricting means is provided between any four adjacent massage balls and fitted therein in manners that allow each massage ball to rotate freely and smoothly only in a specific without overlapping when a user is using the bath scrubber to clean skin for providing good massage effect and hold more bubbles.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bath scrubber having a design of restricting means. The bath scrubber mainly having a bag body, a plurality of massage balls and restricting means, wherein the bag body is a closed body which is formed of a brush cloth and has an accommodated space in the internal part; a plurality of massage balls are contained in the accommodated space of the bag body; the restricting means including a string, a set of male and female connectors or a restricting button with a through hole in the center for piercing and fixing through by the string are provided between any four adjacent massage balls and fitted therein in manners that allow each massage ball to rotate freely and smoothly only in a specific without overlapping.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a bath scrubber having a design of a brush cloth. The bath scrubber mainly having a bag body, a plurality of massage balls and restricting means, wherein the bag body is a closed body which is formed of a brush cloth and has an accommodated space in the internal part and the brush cloth is formed of a back piece and a elastic meshed body or a back piece and a nylon piece; a plurality of massage balls are contained in the accommodated space of the bag body; the restricting means is provided between any four adjacent massage balls and fitted therein in manners that allow each massage ball to rotate freely and smoothly only in a specific without overlapping.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED
s EMBODIMENTS
First embodiment Please refer to FIG. 1 that shows the structure of the bath scrubber according to the present invention. As shown, a bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4, a plurality of restricting buttons 5 and a band 6, wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon). One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.
The back piece 1 is provided to be the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1.
Except the end of the longer back piecel, the back piece 1 is sewed for sealing three edges and is turned inside out so that the three sewed-up edges are invisible from outside and the bag body having one side open is formed. The completed bag defines a big unitary inner space in which a plurality of massage balls 3 can be accommodated. Then turn and fold the unsew-up back piece 1 and make the sewed border 11 be against the open edge of the elastic meshed body 2, then sewed up with threads to seal a plurality of massage balls 3 and the elastic meshed body 2. A narrow space is formed to the folding and the sewed-up back piece 1 for the cord 4 to thread therethrough. The cord 4 is knotted at two ends to form a loop attached to one end of the sealed bag.
Please refer to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 at the same time. As shown, the restricting buttons 5 in adequate lengths are separately threaded up and down to sew up the elastic meshed body 2 and the back piece 1 of the bag body between any four adjacent massage balls 3. By virtue of the sew-up threads and the restricting buttons 5, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
The band 6 is connected at two ends to two middle points of the back piece 1, so that the band 6 faces and extends across the back piece 1 and a user may extend his or her one palm below the band 6 to press the bag against body skin without the need to tightly grip the whole bath scrubber.
Second embodiment Please refer to FIG. 5. As shown, the bath scrubber comprises a lengthened bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4 and a plurality of restricting buttons 5, wherein the lengthened bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon).
One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.
The back piece 1 is provided to be the bottom layer of the lengthened bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1. The restricting buttons 5 in adequate lengths are separately threaded up and down to sew up the elastic meshed body 2 and the back piece 1 of the lengthened bag body between any four adjacent massage balls 3. By virtue of the sew-up threads and the restricting buttons 5, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
By the above-described arrangement, the lengthened bag body having a plurality of massage balls 3 and the elastic meshed body 2 may be provided for winding a user's back transversely.
And, two ends of the cord 4 might be provided for the user to hold by his or her hand and move the elastic meshed body 2 and a plurality of massage balls 3 on a user's skin to and fro for cleansing and massage.
Third embodiment Please refer to FIG. 6. As shown, the bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4 and a string 7, wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon). One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.

By the above-described arrangement, the lengthened bag body having a plurality of massage balls 3 and the elastic meshed body 2 may be provided for winding a user's back transversely. And, two ends of the cord 4 might be provided for the user to hold by his or her hand and move the elastic meshed body 2 and a plurality of massage balls 3 on a user's skin to and fro for cleansing and massage.
Sixth embodiment Please refer to FIGS. 10 and 11. As shown, a bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4, a band 6, a string 7 and a plurality of set of male connectors 8 and female connectors 81 wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon. By the above arrangement, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.

By the above arrangement, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.

With the above arrangements, the bath scrubber of the present invention has following advantageous features:
1. The bath scrubber of the present invention enables to easily scrub the user's body with pleasure and effectively scrub dirt away from the user's skin.
2. By providing the different types of element having restricting is function, therefore, allow any one of the massage balls to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away. Therefore, allow each massage ball to rotate freely and smoothly only in a specific when a user is using the bath scrubber to clean skin for providing good massage effect and hold more bubbles.
3. By using the restricting means, the massage balls can be disposed with a duplicate row. Therefore, allow an increased contact area on the bath scrubber between the massage balls and the user's skin may be achieved to enhance the massage effect of the present invention.
It is therefore tried by the inventor to develop an improved bath scrubber to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks existing in the conventional bath scrubber and to provide better cleaning and massage effects.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED
s EMBODIMENTS
First embodiment Please refer to FIG. 1 that shows the structure of the bath scrubber according to the present invention. As shown, a bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4, a plurality of restricting buttons 5 and a band 6, wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon). One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.
The back piece 1 is provided to be the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1.
Except the end of the longer back piecel, the back piece 1 is sewed for sealing three edges and is turned inside out so that the three sewed-up edges are invisible from outside and the bag body having one side open is formed. The completed bag defines a big unitary inner space in which a plurality of massage balls 3 can be accommodated. Then turn and fold the unsew-up back piece 1 and make the sewed border 11 be against the open edge of the elastic meshed body 2, then sewed up with threads to seal a plurality of massage balls 3 and the elastic meshed body 2. A narrow space is formed to the folding and the sewed-up back piece 1 for the cord 4 to thread therethrough. The cord 4 is knotted at two ends to form a loop attached to one end of the sealed bag.
Please refer to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 at the same time. As shown, the restricting buttons 5 in adequate lengths are separately threaded up and down to sew up the elastic meshed body 2 and the back piece 1 of the bag body between any four adjacent massage balls 3. By virtue of the sew-up threads and the restricting buttons 5, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
The band 6 is connected at two ends to two middle points of the back piece 1, so that the band 6 faces and extends across the back piece 1 and a user may extend his or her one palm below the band 6 to press the bag against body skin without the need to tightly grip the whole bath scrubber.
Second embodiment Please refer to FIG. 5. As shown, the bath scrubber comprises a lengthened bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4 and a plurality of restricting buttons 5, wherein the lengthened bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon).
One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.
The back piece 1 is provided to be the bottom layer of the lengthened bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1. The cord 4 is knotted at two ends to form a loop attached to one end of the sealed bag.
The restricting buttons 5 in adequate lengths are separately threaded up and down to sew up the elastic meshed body 2 and the back piece 1 of the lengthened bag body between any four adjacent massage balls 3. By virtue of the sew-up threads and the restricting buttons 5, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
By the above-described arrangement, the lengthened bag body having a plurality of massage balls 3 and the elastic meshed body 2 may be provided for winding a user's back transversely.
And, two ends of the cord 4 might be provided for the user to hold by his or her hand and move the elastic meshed body 2 and a plurality of massage balls 3 on a user's skin to and fro for cleansing and massage.
Third embodiment Please refer to FIG. 6. As shown, the bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4 and a string 7, wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon). One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.

The surface of the lengthened bag body is formed in the shape of a cross and also provided with limitation effect for orientation. By the above arrangement, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
By the above-described arrangement, the lengthened bag body having a plurality of massage balls 3 and the elastic meshed body 2 may be provided for winding a user's back transversely. And, two ends of the cord 4 might be provided for the user to hold by his or her hand and move the elastic meshed body 2 and a plurality of massage balls 3 on a user's skin to and fro for cleansing and massage.
Sixth embodiment Please refer to FIGS. 10 and 11. As shown, a bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4, a band 6, a string 7 and a plurality of set of male connectors 8 and female connectors 81 wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon. One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.
The back piece 1 is provided to be the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1.

A set of male and female connectors are provided to buckle the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1, wherein the outer end of the male connector 8 and female connector 81 are buckled the upper surface corresponding to the back piece 1 and the elastic meshed body 2.
By the above arrangement, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
The band 6 is connected at two ends to two middle points of the back piece l, so that the band 6 faces and extends across the back piece 1 and a user may extend his or her one palm below the band 6 to press the bag against body skin without the need to tightly grip the whole bath scrubber.
Seventh embodiment Please refer to FIGS. 12 and 13. As shown, a bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4, a band 6, a string 7 and a plurality of short cylinder 71 having a central through hole 72 wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon). One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.
The back piece 1 is provided to be the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1.

A plurality of short cylinder 71 are provided to buckle the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1, wherein the short cylinder 71 smaller than the massage ball 3 and having a central through hole 72 is disposed in the bag at each space between four adjacent massage balls 3. And the short cylinder 71 is fixed thereto by the string 7 guided through the hole 72 and the back piece 1 and the elastic meshed body 2 and knotted. By the above arrangement, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
The band 6 is connected at two ends to two middle points of the back piece 1, so that the band 6 faces and extends across the back piece 1 and a user may extend his or her one palm below the band 6 to press the bag against body skin without the need to tightly grip the whole bath scrubber.
Eighth embodiment Please refer to FIGS. 14 and 15. As shown, a bath scrubber comprises a bag body, a plurality of massage balls 3, a cord 4, a band 6, a string 7 and a plurality of short cylinder 71 having a central through hole 72 wherein the bag body is formed of a brush cloth and the brush cloth comprises a back piece 1 and an elastic meshed body 2 having multiple extensible and contractible layers (or other suitable material such as nylon). One side of the back piece 1 is arranged with a sewed border 11.
The back piece 1 is provided to be the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece 1.

m A plurality of generally square block 73 are provided to buckle the bottom layer of the bag body and the elastic meshed body 2 is overlaid on the back piece l, wherein the square block 73 smaller than the massage ball 3 and having a central through hole 74 is disposed in the bag at each space between four adjacent massage balls 3. And the square block 73 is fixed thereto by the string 7 guided through the hole 74 and the back piece 1 and the elastic meshed body 2 and knotted. By the above arrangement, this allows each massage ball 3 to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away.
The band 6 is connected at two ends to two middle points of the back piece 1, so that the band 6 faces and extends across the back piece 1 and a user may extend his or her one palm below the band 6 to press the bag against the user's body skin without the need to tightly grip the whole bath scrubber.
With the above arrangements, the bath scrubber of the present invention has following advantageous features:
1. The bath scrubber of the present invention enables to easily scrub the user's body with pleasure and effectively scrub dirt away from the user's skin.
2. By providing the different types of element having restricting is function, therefore, allow any one of the massage balls to be stable in the fixed range to freely and smoothly rotate without overlapping and running away. Therefore, allow each massage ball to rotate freely and smoothly only in a specific when a user is using the bath scrubber to clean skin for providing good massage effect and hold more bubbles.
3. By using the restricting means, the massage balls can be disposed with a duplicate row. Therefore, allow an increased contact area on the bath scrubber between the massage balls and the user's skin may be achieved to enhance the massage effect of the present invention.
Claims (18)
1. A bath scrubber at least comprising a bag body, a plurality of massage balls and restricting means, wherein :
The bag body is a closed body which is formed of a brush cloth and has an accommodated space in the internal part;
A plurality of massage balls are contained in the accommodated space of the bag body;
The restricting means is provided between any four adjacent massage balls and fitted therein in manners that allow each massage ball to rotate freely and smoothly only in a specific without overlapping when a user is using the bath scrubber to clean skin for providing good massage effect and hold more bubbles.
The bag body is a closed body which is formed of a brush cloth and has an accommodated space in the internal part;
A plurality of massage balls are contained in the accommodated space of the bag body;
The restricting means is provided between any four adjacent massage balls and fitted therein in manners that allow each massage ball to rotate freely and smoothly only in a specific without overlapping when a user is using the bath scrubber to clean skin for providing good massage effect and hold more bubbles.
2. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the restricting means is a string.
3. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 2, wherein the strings separately threaded up and down to sew up the bag body are arranged in straight lines.
4. The bath scrubber with massage balls as claimed in claim 2, wherein the strings separately threaded up and down to sew up the bag body are arranged in the shape of across.
5. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the restricting means is a set of male and female connectors oppositely extended.
6. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the restricting means is a restricting button with a through hole in the center for piercing and fixing through by the string.
7. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 6, wherein the restricting button is a short cylinder.
8. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 6, wherein the restricting button is a square block.
9. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 6, wherein the restricting button is smaller than the massage ball.
10. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brush cloth comprises a back piece and an elastic meshed body.
11. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brush cloth comprises a back piece and a nylon piece.
12. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 11, wherein the back piece is arranged with a sewed border at one side and the back piece and against the open edge of the elastic meshed body, then sewed up with threads to seal a plurality of massage balls.
13. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 12, wherein the back piece is fold and sew-up to form a narrow space for the cord to thread therethrough, then knotted the cord at two ends to form a loop attached to one end of the sealed bag.
14. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 10, wherein the elastic meshed body has multiple layers.
15. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 10, wherein the elastic meshed body is extensible and contractible.
16. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein a band is sewing up to the bag body for a user to extend his or her one palm below the band.
17. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag body is in a lengthened shape.
18. The bath scrubber as claimed in claim 17, wherein the narrow space is arranged in the cord at two end of the bag body for the cord to thread therethrough, then knotted the two ends of the cord to form a loop respectively.
