Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for dampreformering av hydrokarboner er beskrevet som omfatter delvis oksidering av en tilførselsgass som omfatter et hydrokarbonråmateriale med en oksygenholdig gass i nærvær av damp for å danne en delvis oksidert hydrokarbongassblanding ved en temperatur >1200?C og føre den resulterende delvis oksiderte hydrokarbongassblandingen gjennom et sjikt av dampreformeringskatalysator, hvori sjiktet omfatter et første lag og et andre lag, hvert lag omfatter et katalytisk aktivt metall på en oksidisk bærer hvori den oksidiske bærer for det første laget er en zirkonia.
