Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la ortopedie, traumatologie şi neurochirurgie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează accesul retroperitoneal după Ceaklin sau transpleural-transdiafragmal, se mobilizează vertebrele, se execută disectomia discurilor adiacente la vertebra fracturată. Apoi regiunea superioară şi inferioară a coloanei vertebrale se supune unei hiperreclinări externe cu formarea ulterioară prin mijlocul corpului vertebral afectat a unui canal anteroposterior şi oblic transfixiant, unde se introduce o grefă osoasă, după care, grefa se impactează astfel, încât capetele ei să se fixeze în centrul vertebrelor adiacente în poziţie verticală, iar ţesuturile moi se suturează pe straturi.
