Laravel 9 support

Removed some unused code that could result in errors depending on file type used.

Adds the parsing of a document number in the VIZ to support cases where additional characters are added to the document number (for example the addition of NLD to the document number for residence permits).

Adds exceptions when trying to use a service that does not implement the correct interface.
