Particularly with Aqara devices, I have observed that device sensors state changes are picked up by Home Assistant in more or less real-time (or at worst case within 1-2 seconds), but zha_events are not registered in Home Assistant until 3 - 5 minutes after the initial state change. This is obviously not useful if you need to be notified of a real-time event. Is this normal?
