Feature Request: use Outgoing Webhook behind Squid proxy #1455
Description
It would be very nice if the admin could set http(s) proxy.
In my case, the Wekan server is behind a squid / squidGuard proxy. So outgoing webhooks cannot send request to a Mattermost server.
