Description
Currently, Wekan sends notifications to card members or subscribers when certain actions occur — for example, when comments are added or when an attachment is deleted.
However, there is no notification when a new attachment is added to a card.

Why this is important
This behavior is inconsistent and can cause important updates to be missed.
When a file is uploaded, it often contains critical information or changes relevant to the card's topic.
Receiving a notification for new attachments — just like for comments or deletions — would help users stay informed and maintain a complete overview of updates.

Expected behavior
Users who are members or subscribers of a card should receive a notification when:

a new attachment is uploaded.

Furtheron this should be indexed in the card history.
