We are using Wekan in the latest version (via docker compose). To be able to introduce this wonderful Kanban tool at a german public sector institution, we would like to request the following features:

• System wide setting (admin setting) to disable tracking and showing of all activities
• System wide setting (admin setting) to configure which notifications (watch) are allowed for each user. For example, one setting could be to disallow all notifications for all users. Or only tracking could be globally allowed while watching is globally disabled.

How would you evaluate the effort to introduce this features and how long would it take? Are you open to PRs for these requests? If so, can you let us know whether these two points are even possible and, if so, where is the best place to start searching in the source code?
