For every symlink created, check if the link is actually working.
I had the issue, that i addet dotfiles="./" in my config.json, which was in my dotfiles folder.
Howether when using symlinks it wasn't working, but in the hard link it was.

I took some time until i understood the with symlink they were there, but the link wasn't working.
