Use with tokio

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question/request, but I'm wondering if this can be used with [Tokio](https://tokio.rs/).  It seems like something would have to implement [AsyncRead](https://docs.rs/tokio/0.2.21/tokio/io/trait.AsyncRead.html) and/or [AsyncWrite](https://docs.rs/tokio/0.2.21/tokio/io/trait.AsyncWrite.html).  Can you provide an example or pointers on how this might be done?
