Summary
This PR reworks the getting started section.
I took inspiration from the tailwindcss and eslint's getting started guides.
This PR:
markdown-it-attrsto exclude subsections from the table of contents.Test Plan
I did a walkthrough through the setup guide for every package manager and verified that the copied commands work.
