fix issue related to util lint errors

switch to proper options for logger creation

fix lint issues

properly print stacktraces and fix lint issues

cleanup logs especially logrus and Printf

allow SLog to be exposed directly on the entry

expose api for log configuration

extend the use of slog to come from here

upgrade lint functionality
