Similar to how there is an example suite for the PBFHR, when the program reaches a point where the Xe-100 could be modeled, a suite for the Xe-100 will be created to model different scenarios and reactivity insertions.

This issue describes the creation of multiple input.py files that model the geometry of the Xe-100's core geometry and attributes (such as pebble count). Each of the input files will model different transient scenarios (reactivity insertions).
