`-D__USE_ISOC99` also needed on some macOS systems

### Description

I packaged libfive for MacPorts (https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/26412) and noticed that using `-D__USE_ISOC99` is also necessary on this system to avoid Boost.Interval errors.  I am referring to:

I am not sure if the same is needed for all macOS configurations. I am using macOS 14.7, Boost 1.76.
