I am not sure if there is setting I can tweak.
I am testing cake-autorate to auto to reduce bufferbloat on fluctuating download speeds.

If I run cake-autorate I can see it adjusting dl and ul rates just fine, however it seems measured dl and ul rates are measured too high, leading to saturation of the link leading to bufferbloat. However, if I manually limit the max rates to a value I know the connection will reliably handle I do not get bufferbloat (which is obvious).

So my question is, is there a way to tweak settings to get rid of bufferbloat and still adjust to like 90% of max ul/dl rates?
