Description

Continue moving tests from keycloak to keycloak-client for the authz. I moved some of them:

• AuthzClientTest: no issues
• ClientScopePolicyTest: no issues
• ConflictingScopePermissionTest: no issues
• EntitlementAPITest: This one is more complicated. It needs that the OAuthClient manages public clients for a simple login. It also does some stuff with events but I could manage just adding storing them in the DB.
