Description

I think that testsuite modules framework, authz-tests and admin-client tests can be easily merged into single module.

Originally, there were separate modules because of the support admin-client-jee and being able to test that one with different versions of RestEasy and other dependencies. But this is not the case anymore and all modules may live with same dependencies and hence can possibly use same module?
