Rendering discrepancy between mrml and mjml for columns with padding and border  #100

Hi,

The following (fairly minimal) example renders differently using mrml and https://mjml.io/try-it-live:

<mjml>
    <mj-head>
        <mj-attributes>

            <mj-column padding="5%" />

        </mj-attributes>
      </mj-head>
    <mj-body>
        <mj-section>
            <mj-group>
                <mj-column width="20%" border-top="1px solid #D3D3D3" border-right="1px solid #D3D3D3">
                    <mj-text align="center">Hello World!</mj-text>
                </mj-column>
            </mj-group>
        </mj-section>
    </mj-body>
</mjml>

I have tried this using mrlm-python (which uses mrml 1.2.10) and mrml 1.2.11 and mrml 2.0.0-rc3. Unless I have somehow messed something up in my testing, the results were the same for all versions.

Otherwise mrml seems to render our templates pixel perfect when comparing to mjml. Thanks 🎉
