Added an AWS_S3_ENDPOINT environmental variable that allows this action to upload to interoperable products like DigitalOcean Spaces. The --endpoint-url flag is also used in certain AWS VPC environments. If not present, the script fallbacks to the S3 endpoints defined by the CLI.
