Changes the remote module cache dir matcher to have optional directories in front of the `.infracost` cache dir. This is likely to happen when infracost is run with a path in the same working directory. As is most often the case with config files.

.infracostcache dir. This is likely to happen when infracost is run with a path in the same working directory. As is most often the case with config files. Prior to this change the regex matcher was not matching module files such as.infracost/terraform_modules/foo/main.tfand therefore not sending the requiredmoduleFilenameto the API to identify the file as originating from a remote module.
