Description:

When Network Protection is enabled, if the user connects to the fastest server with WireGuard V2Ray VMESS/TCP, the app apparently connects successfully, but there is no internet traffic.

Expected result:

Users should be able to connect successfully with V2Ray VMESS/TCP when Network Protection is enabled and the network connection should not be blocked.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install version 2.11.0.
2. Login.
3. Enable Network Protection.
4. Enable V2Ray VMESS/TCP.
5. Connect to WireGuard's fastest server.
6. App connects, but there is no internet traffic.

Environment:

IVPN: 2.11.0/2.11.1
Devices: iPhone XR iOS 17.2, iPad 10 iPadOS 17.1.1.
