Describe the bug
I want to use histolab package to crop WSI into patches and keep only the patches with tissue percentage greater than 80%. my code is as follows:

To Reproduce
When CRC_slide = Slide(r'svs\TCGA.svs', processed_path=r'yyy\sample1') and run extract_by_grid(CRC_slide, 1, 512, '123'), i got patches with high proportion tissue.

When CRC_slide = Slide(r'svs\X127207_C01.ndpi', processed_path=r'yyy\sample1') and run extract_by_grid(CRC_slide, 1, 512, '123') , i got more patches which many of them are blank image.
