This alignes the meta properties with all the other meta properties. Also makes it possible to augment the meta, when you are using `defineRoute`

This PR fixes the
metatype insideRouteDefinitionto use theH3RouteMeta. This aligns it with the rest of the meta properties and enables consistent type augmentation across all route definitions.
