• After: // SkipPaths is a URL path array which logs are not written.
• Reason: "URL" is pronounced with a consonant sound (/juː/), so it should use the article "a" instead of "an". Also standardized "url" to "URL" for consistency.

2. binding/form_mapping.go (Line 178)

• Before: // UnmarshalParam decodes and assigns a value from an form or query param.
• After: // UnmarshalParam decodes and assigns a value from a form or query param.
• Reason: "form" starts with a consonant sound, so it should use the article "a" instead of "an".
