Description:
Currently, neither vendors nor admins have clear visibility into when Stripe Express payouts will occur or how much a vendor will receive per order. This lack of transparency can lead to confusion, especially regarding commissions — some commissions go to the admin, some are deducted by Stripe Express.

The proposed feature would create a dedicated UI showing order-level payout amounts, expected payout dates, and commission breakdowns, improving clarity for all parties.

Describe the solution you'd like

Vendor & Admin UI:

Display a payout dashboard for vendors and admins.

For each order, show:

Total order amount.

Admin commission.

Stripe Express fees.

Net amount vendor will receive.

Expected payout date (based on delayed payout rules + delivered confirmation).

Enable filtering by order status, payout date, or vendor.

Commission Options:

Add an option for admin to take a commission on delivery, not just on order creation.

Clearly distinguish between:

Admin commission.

Stripe Express fees.

Vendor net payout.

Enhancements:

Allow admins to override payout amounts manually in case of adjustments, refunds, or disputes.

Send automated notifications to vendors when:

A payout is scheduled.

A payout is processed.

Any commission or fee changes occur.
