Initial get of packages from tools/core & thanos + cleanup. #1

https://github.com/efficientgo/tools/tree/main/core without clilog
https://github.com/thanos-io/thanos/tree/main/pkg/errors with some changes:
- semantics of Wrap(nil, "...") is now that as it returns nil
- Added Wrap and New
- Fixed docs and refactored tests
