Linux / WSL and Docker on Windows use different scripting languages and this shows in the initializeCommand. With this solution the same devcontainer.json file can be used on all platforms, which reduced maintenance costs.

The shell for initializeCommand is host specific. Docker has support to select a file for Linux and Windows in a very magic way. And this should be explained for later readers.
