It seems go version is older than minimum version.
Changing https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/cri-o/blob/rawhide/f/cri-o.spec#_43 might fix it, maybe?

Anything else we need to know?

It's been left for a while, but is it something we want to fix, or can we remove these jobs?
