It's gotta be done. Some of these require implementation + testing.

• Basic send / receive test (for all media)
• Basic send multiple / receive multiple test (for all media)
• UDP client doesn't fail when sending to an unknown port
• UDP server fails binding to a port that is already bound
• UDP client can close, reconnect and continue running
• UDP server can close, rebind and continue listening
• etc.
