More that I'm compiling my whole C++ project with G++ and it's nice to not have to switch to a C compiler for like 5 files. |

g++ yells at me if I try to convert from a void * to a char * without explicitly saying it 😢, so I went through and changed all those implicit conversions explicit. This makes it easier to bundle toml.c with a C++ project.
