Goal is to use data-rich Russell Ranch https://russellranch.ucdavis.edu/

In short term, attached are files for a nearby site. Note that this is a single ensemble member, so some of parameters samples will be far from the median. This site is ~8.5 km NNE of Russell Ranch.

This may be outside what is necessary for a smoke test, but eventually we can update the test with the site specific inputs and calibrated parameters associated w/ parameterization (as is done w/ Niwot).
