This also fixes a number small bugs in the earlier main.go
The subcommands package adds some verbosity to the code but it also adds structure to the command/flag stuff.
By also adding the flagenv package this is now also a valid invocation of the
build command:
I made a small change in behavior where the positional argument for the config
file also can be specified using a -config argument.
