I'm Blake! I'm a backend Python and Django developer and Data Engineer with experience in using machine learning to build intelligent and efficient web applications. My diverse background in marketing, mathematics, philosophy and programming helps me connect seemingly disconnected dots, keep user needs at the forefront of my mind, and create solutions that are both elegant and practical.

I'm enjoying Fluent Python by Luciano Ramalho and am eager to to dive into other languages like Go and Rust. Since transitioning into programming through the Recurse Center, I've created several web applications, implemented machine learning algorithms, and contributed to open-source projects. I'm a self-starter and always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
