NCBI Mirrors -- http://github.com/biocommons/mirrors-ncbi/ This directory is the root of data mirrors from NCBI. The Makefile herein facilitates maintaining dated snapshots of data from NCBI. Hard links are used for identical files across adjacent releases in order to conserve space. To use: $ hg clone http://github.com/biocommons/mirrors-ncbi/ $ cd mirrors-ncbi $ make update
