Summary
Fixed #7062: Biome now correctly considers extended configs when determining the mode for the scanner.
The caller of
openProject()already has a configuration, which has correctly applied extended configurations, so we use that instead of handling it inside the workspace. We already haveScanKindComputerto keep CLI and LSP implementations in sync.Test Plan
Test added. Existing tests should remain green.
