Currently the system is compatible with UNIX-like systems but turns out sysinfo doesn't report RAM correctly on MacOS.

The following should be done:

• create configs for linux/macOS
• use mach2 to be able to fetch the following mem. info: application, wired, cached
• implement UI shown dependant on host machine
