test.ymlandrelease.ymlworkflows modified from github.com/anaconda/anaconda-cli-base.The release pipeline will run after a PR is merged into the
mainbranch or when a release is tagged.For a tagged release, will publish to
anaconda-cloudchannel and PyPI. For a normal merged PR, we will publish toanaconda-cloud/label/devchannel.
