Your hurtbox seems to slowly lower whilst grabbing onto ledges

Detail
Whilst grabbing onto ledges or underneath fences/chains, your hurtbox seems to slowly lower. Issue noticed while building a small parkour map. Tested in a fresh instance with no other mods installed in a Void World superflat preset.

Log in screenshot is placed 4 blocks above the magma, and damage takes about 2 seconds to start triggering. Issue is present with other forms of damaging blocks as well (Cactus, Supplementary bamboo spikes), but not lava
