BSD workflow seems to get stuck without completing. Regardless, I'm merging this fix for now.

Roswell is currently broken on FreeBSD (SBCL is built without threading and ECL doesn't seem to build at all). I'm considering switching to the binary packages from FreeBSD ports, users are more likely to use those anyway (it's where the DuckDB library is coming from too as there's no official build).

Fixed it, but I'm not terribly concerned about the BSD workflow failing: a lot more upstream breakage tends to occur there (both for DuckDB and CL implementations).

One more thing so you know: CI & Nightly workflows are currently flaky when it comes to ECL + macos-14.

You can just restart the failed jobs if you encounter this.
