mcpjungle should completely support OAuth flow for authentication, compliant with the latest MCP spec.

This needs to be researched more

1. What does the end result look like?
2. See examples of other MCP servers / gateways out there that already support oauth - what do they provide and lack?
3. Are there currently users out there for whom OAuth is an absolute deal-break?
4. Technical design: how should mcpjungle, as a gateway, think about oauth?
5. What else?

This is a discussion where I (and everyone else) will add ideas so we can understand how best to implement Oauth.

I'm not very well-versed with oauth already (apart from implementing client-side logins) so this requires more research.
