Dead Documentation Link in Setup #479

Describe the bug
There's a dead link under the Miscord Setup page found at http://localhost:9448/.
When clicking "here" for the tutorial, it directs to https://docs.miscord.net/Creating-a-Discord-bot and gives a "Page Not Found".
Expected behavior
Should probably take you to the correct page in The Miscord Book - https://docs.miscord.net/
