The goal of daa is to provide method for differential abundance analysis (DAA).

Installation instructions

Get the latest stable R release from CRAN. Then install daa from Bioconductor using the following code:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE)) {
    install.packages("BiocManager")
}

BiocManager::install("daa")

And the development version from GitHub with:

BiocManager::install("microbiome/daa")

What is special about using README.Rmd instead of just README.md? You can include R chunks like so:

You’ll still need to render README.Rmd regularly, to keep README.md up-to-date.
