The goal of daa
is to provide method for differential abundance
analysis (DAA).
Get the latest stable R
release from
CRAN. Then install daa
from
Bioconductor using the following code:

install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("daa")
And the development version from GitHub with:
BiocManager::install("microbiome/daa")
