Required Grip Strength for hands is too high and grip pose gets released too soon #665

Describe the bug

The hand controller grip pose / grip input action is getting released too easily. This is due to a very high threshold on Grip strength and hand tracking jittering. The values needs to be adjusted.

To Reproduce

Open the hands examples scene and grab one of the dumbbells (far grab). Observe that it gets released easily even if the grip is loosened only a bit.

Expected behavior

Grip is more forgiving to jittering and strength.

Actual behavior

Releases too soon.
