Allowing the outputs: value to be a struct instead of a list.

Motivation

Right now, only list outputs are supported, e.g.:

outputs: [namespace, deployment, configmap]

Sometimes, it is easier to define the outputs as a struct, instead of appending them to the outputs list, especially when some manifests may or may not be included. In some scenarios, one may want to specify their outputs as:

outputs: namespace: namespaceObj

outputs: {
  deployment: deploymentObj
  configmap: configmapObj
}

That gives the user a bit more flexibility, so that they can choose the way of specifying the outputs manifests they prefer.
