Small terminal error handling bug fix

Add much nicer error and warning handling. In most cases Torb should now output print useful reccomendations for things to check to solve particular errors and a call to action should it be something that should actually be reported to maintainers.
Additionally added in an animation that plays when someone builds the stack.
