pdflatex, bibtex, ideally in your PATH

Eiter open main.tex up in Texmaker / Texstudio / other Tex Editor and press compile

Or, from terminal run build.sh (on Linux) or build.bat (on Windows, not tested).

Or without updating citations, just run pdflatex main.tex
