Version notes

This version adds some new features and fixes some bugs from the version 3.0.2

New features :

• New "featureType" to have a column behave as a datasetLink but configured with a column from the dataset.
  This column should contain the name of the dataset to link and the name of the column using the format : datasetName||columnName
  of the column is not specified the primaryKey of the target dataset is used
• Contact page from the portal to send email to the SITools2 administrator

Enhancements :

• Better error handling from the datastorage
• Login page pops up when a 401 status is sent by the server

• Link layout problem from the livegrid view #68
• Legal information problem #67
• Form width not used in fixed desktop mode #65
• Delete an application from the applications list removes the according application plugin #56
