That needs to be done along with this. I do not see how they can be done separately |
The latest_version.txt exists on data branch. The code is on develop branch. The PR has to be broken down into 2 pieces due to the target branch difference. |

As we introduce more portals: ROCm Data Science and AI Developer Hub, I reformatted latest_version.txt to include more versions. There will be a corresponding PR modifying the code side too.
