Dutch specific extensions for Faker

Use Faker\Dutch\Factory::netherlands() or Faker\Dutch\Factory::belgium() to create and initialize a Faker generator with Dutch extensions.

// use the factory to create a Faker\Generator instance

echo $faker->name();
// 'Piet de Vries';
